Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospitality team. The GRE will be the first point of contact for guests and is expected to deliver a warm welcome, address guest needs, and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
  • Provide accurate information about the services, facilities, and special offers.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled timely.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and ensure personalized service.
  • Assist in managing reservations, VIP arrivals, and special occasions.
  • Conduct regular guest satisfaction checks and feedback collection.
  • Uphold high grooming standards and represent the brand positively at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Graduate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Knowledge of reservation software or front office systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, POS) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
