Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling techniques tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling products.
• Upsell salon products and services, enhancing the client experience while contributing to salon revenue.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour that creates a welcoming environment for clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and treatment applications.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic salon environment.
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on client needs and preferences.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
