Handy Man for luxury rental building
NON-UNION role.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and a strong work ethic. This role involves performing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all work activities.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to maintenance person services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $24.61 - $29.64 per hour
