Job Summary
Looking for a talented Chef De Cuisine whose expertise is in high production and restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of production/catering experience
- Knowledge of F&B for, food, labor and cost control
- Knife in hand role
- Must have multi unit exp or worked in hotel atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 15
- R&D Create new menus daily
- Lead and develop the current team in place
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Work Location: In person
