MediaWorks is looking for a Head of Creative to lead Passionfruit—our in-house creative studio. Passionfruit is a team of storytellers, designers, and creatives who bring brands to life through bold ideas and innovative executions across all media platforms.

We combine creative strategy, design, and market insights to develop powerful communications that connect brands with audiences. What You'll Do:

Reporting into the Brand & Communications Director, you'll lead and inspire the Passionfruit team, ensuring a high standard of creative excellence. Shape compelling, commercially driven B2B and B2C campaigns that engage audiences and grow revenue.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver creative-led solutions that win business.
• Oversee brand strategy, asset production, and campaign execution across all platforms.
• Elevate client pitches and RFP responses, ensuring strategic, standout creative solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of commercial design experience across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• A strong track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• A deep understanding of brand storytelling, creative strategy, and market trends.
• The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking, delivering work that drives results.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-energy environments, managing multiple projects.
