Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a technical sales/customer-facing role in a cloud computing environment.
- Experience with people management for a team of solution architects, and with technical sales strategies and working cross-functionally.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Web Services, Integration Products, Middleware, and API technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time as needed.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders, tailoring/delivering compelling messages by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive business opportunity.
- Experience in areas such as Application programming interface (API) management, Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS), Micro-service frameworks, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
- Experience using Google Cloud or other cloud products.
- Understanding of private, public, and hybrid cloud design considerations/limitations in the areas of virtualization and global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing, and networking and security.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

You will build relationships with executive leaders at customer organizations, present at regional events, and collaborate with internal teams within Google Cloud. Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Engineers and Technical Solution Consultants across the region who engage with prospects, provide technical discovery and solutions recommendations while working in partnership with customers.
- Work with the regional BAP (Business Application Platform) Sales leadership to identify, qualify, and prioritize coverage for customer opportunities. Provide technical leadership during review meetings and offer insights to the team.
- Resolve problems to improve customer satisfaction. Craft presentations, demos, and strategies for customers and partners with them throughout the customer journey.
- Work with the team, partners, Sales, Customer Support, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers with their adoption of BAP.
