Head Of Operations

Harcourts Pinnacle are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Operations to join us on a full-time basis, overseeing key operational functions across both our Aspley & Strathpine offices, and providing direct leadership to our administration & support teams.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the business across sales administration, property and agent marketing, reception, and general office support
• Manage a team of eight, providing the coaching, structure, and direction needed to nurture their performance
• Ensure administration functions meet required SLA timeframes and quality benchmarks
• Identify and implement improvements where needed
• Take ownership of operational direction proactively problem solving and keeping business functions running efficiently
• Support agents and other team members by delivering consistently reliable operational services that contribute to team productivity and client experience
• Provide our directors with regular performance reporting on team outcomes and updates on operational progress

Experience & qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Real Estate or related property operations position
• Proactive approach to leadership and setting directives to drive desired outcomes
• Self-motivation and autonomous time management skills
• Confidence in developing a team within a fast-paced service environment
• Strong relationship building skills across the organisation to strengthen collaboration and service delivery
• Ability to drive continual improvement across processes, systems, workflows, and support structures
• Full Australian working rights and current residence
• Current driver’s license
