LumaDoc is entering a significant growth phase, with plans to scale nationally.

As part of this expansion, we are looking to bring in a Head of Operations & Growth to work directly alongside the owners to build and scale the business.

This is a senior leadership role with broad operational scope and significant long-term growth potential within the company.

The role would initially involve oversight and coordination across multiple areas of the business including:

• Multi-clinic operations management
• Supporting and liaising with clinic managers
• Oversight of our home appointment service operations
• KPI tracking and operational performance management
• Financial and budget oversight
• Coordination with marketing teams and growth initiatives
• HR and people operations across clinics
• New clinic launches and fit-outs
• Assisting with acquisitions and expansion projects
• Building scalable systems and operational processes as the business grows

The successful candidate will act as a key operational partner to the owners, while the business continues to scale. Over time, as the business grows, these responsibilities will evolve into more specialised executive functions across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and acquisitions.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and commercially minded
• Comfortable operating across multiple functions simultaneously
• Experienced in managing people and operations
• Strong at building systems and accountability structures
• Entrepreneurial and solutions-focused
• Excited by scaling a high-growth business

Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail, or other premium service businesses would be highly advantageous, though operational capability and leadership are ultimately the most important factors.

Pay: €80,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
