Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and drive the product strategy - communicating a clear, compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Roadmap Development & Execution: Own the product roadmap, prioritising features, releases, and initiatives that drive the business forward. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution and deliver large-scale, bug-free releases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product strategies align with business objectives and customer feedback.
• Leadership: Empower the development and design teams to execute on the product vision.
• Customer-Centric Design: Drive a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, ensuring the product solves real-world challenges and delivers exceptional user experiences.
• Innovation & Market Leadership: Draw on prior commercial experience to identify emerging opportunities by analysing industry trends, evaluating competitive dynamics, and navigating regulatory shifts, ensuring a proactive approach to staying ahead of the curve.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, metrics, and feedback loops to make informed product decisions and continuously improve the product.

To be successful, you will need:

• 8-10 years of experience working within and helping lead a successful product team
• A natural ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, transforming information into clear, organised, and detailed communication
• Proven track record of delivering multi-product GTM strategies in a SaaS environment
• To demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate with other “heads-of” to achieve win-win outcomes
• Superior relationship-building, speaking and time-management skills
• Proven subject matter expertise in the needs of small businesses
• Excellent technical acumen - knowledge of what it takes to develop code as well as proficiency in modern tech stacks
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals
• Ability to use data and analytics with intuition in order to help drive decision-making.
• Experience within a scaling and successful startup (desirable)
• B2B platform experience in the Accounting, Finance or Legal industries (desirable)
