Head Of Strategy And Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous support to Nordics Country President and Team on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., Monthly LT meetings, Country visits, BR preparation and any Regional/Global requests) in strong co-ordination with the other functions.
• Contribute to the development and communication of our strategic roadmap (incl. corporate strategies, business strategies).
• Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads.
• Provide support to Nordics Country President in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings in close coordination with Communications and other functions ensuring alignment and consistency of messages.
• Lead and drive strategic cross-functional projects as defined by the Cluster Team and ensure successful execution and measurable business impact.
• Assist Nordics Country President to track and provide analytical and insight driven reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market environment.
• Facilitates best practice sharing across markets within the cluster. Provides coaching in the context of operational excellence, strategic networking and impact on digital initiatives.
• Supports communication and leadership presentations. Coordinates and structures leadership team meetings.
• Liaise and coordinate with Novartis stakeholders in countries and Cluster and with WEC/Region Europe/Global/Group to maximize business impact.

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Master's or bachelor's Degree.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Commercial and/or medical and/or Market access and/or Marketing from the Pharma industry.
• Leading without authority / indirect leadership.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Agility and navigating complexity. .
• Project Management experience.
• Experience with the daily usage of AI tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• Consulting background.
• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages.
