About the Role:

We are looking for full time, Permanent, Health Care Assistants (equivalent to L4) to join our team at Woodfall Home and Hospital. Woodfall Home and Hospital is a part of our group, Fielding.

We are looking for 2 excellent Health Care Assistants.

Type of Job:

This will be a Full Time, Permanent - Rostered role. Candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Location:

Location is in the following region and town in NZ:

• Fielding

Minimum and maximum Pay range:

The successful candidate shall be paid $28.25 per hour depending on the qualification and experience.

Minimum guaranteed hours:

The Role guarantees a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Extra hours worked above minimum hours will be paid at the usual pay rate.

Key tasks:

• Empathetic, cheerful and kind caregiving including personal cares, assistance with dressing and feeding where necessary
• You will also need to be a team player and able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
• Have entry level operational knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Work in a supporting role with Registered nurses and doctors
• Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.

Your qualifications:

• A relevant health and wellbeing qualification (equivalent to L4).
• You will be required to complete Career force modules

Your Experience:

• Preferred - at least 2 years of relevant caregiving experience
