About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in showing up every day, getting the job done right, and working independently with minimal supervision. If you’re someone who doesn’t make excuses, adapts to whatever needs doing, and keeps projects moving forward, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.)
• Complete tasks independently without constant direction
• Show up on time, every day, ready to work
• Assist with a wide range of duties as needed—no task is too small or too big
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times
• Work in varying weather and site conditions

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability—you don’t miss days without reason
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Willingness to take on any task required to support the team
• Positive, no-nonsense attitude
• Valid operator certifications and driver’s license (preferred/required depending on role)
