Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV Drivers to join our night shift team, based at our Dublin depot. This role involves day-time and night-time deliveries throughout Ireland, ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good route knowledge, and a commitment to high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled deliveries across Ireland during night hours.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customer locations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery dockets and timesheets.
• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of both yourself and your vehicle.
• Adhere to all driving regulations, company procedures, and road safety laws.
• Communicate effectively with the Transport Office regarding delays, route issues, or delivery updates.
• Ensure secure loading and unloading of goods, maintaining load safety throughout the journey.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Full clean Category C+E (Artic) Licence.
• Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
• Strong knowledge of Irish roads and delivery routes.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours when required.
• Reliability and a strong safety-first mindset.

Desirable:

• Experience with refrigerated or multi-drop deliveries.
• Previous experience delivering to RDCs or retail depots.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
