We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Mechanic to join our growing workshop team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of HGVs to ensure they remain safe & roadworthy
This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality work and wants long-term, stable employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs and trailers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs
- Completing doe preparation and inspections
- Ensuring all work is completed to safety and compliance standards
- Accurately completing job cards and maintenance records
- Responding to breakdowns when required (if applicable)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic / Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HGV licence – desirable but not essential
