Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in dynamic and fast-paced industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet the company’s staffing goals.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Create and manage job postings across various platforms, including Indeed.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address future staffing needs.
• Conduct reference checks and oversee background screening processes.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment regulations.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience in the NEMT or transportation industry.
