Eurocamp Holidays offer an efficient and friendly telephone service to our customers. Due to our ongoing success we are looking to recruit individuals to join our team in Cork.
Providing a professional and focused telephone customer service.
Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Handling customer queries for both prospective and existing holidays.
Working in a busy call centre environment (including weekends).
The Ideal candidate will be self motivated and hard working including the ability to work as part of a team and have telephone customer experience. They must be fluent in English both written and spoken and be computer literate.
Office Working hours are from 08.45 - 17.30 Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work at least one Saturday per month. Please note that working hours are not flexible.
37.5 hours per week and full training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €26,900.00-€26,910.00 per year
Work Location: In person
