We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. Duties

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with long-term care needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, nursing home, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and social work principles is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Cooking skills to prepare healthy meals tailored to individual dietary restrictions.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.71 - $16.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
