HOME HEALTH STAFFING COORDINATOR
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is a 50 year old Service Driven organization that prides itself in Excellence. We seek Motivating professionals who will join our Committed team.
We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator with a can-do attitude and able to perform under pressure. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills while providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Every VNA of Florida employee is expected to be a valuable team player by taking the initiative to solve problems quickly and effectively. Our quality of work is paramount, so each applicant must have a strong eye for detail with a strong work ethic.
1yr Private Duty Home Health Staffing Experience Needed |Some weekend availablity required| Full Time + Benefits Summary:
Main responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability and agency requirements.
- Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients.
- Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
