Job Title: Home Improvement Sales Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Home Improvement Sales Manager to lead and grow an assigned sales territory. This role involves managing independent contractor Sales Representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the Installation team to deliver accurate sales orders and timely installations. You’ll be accountable for meeting defined sales metrics and driving team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
• Drive sales effectiveness and ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct in-home sales consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with the Installation team to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach sales representatives.
• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to travel locally, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-driven with a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience in the home improvement industry.
• Leadership or management experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
