Truview Inspections is seeking a trustworthy and reliable inspector to join our growing team. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities allowing you to grow into a master inspector role leading your own team of inspectors.

The home inspection industry has matured and become a highly respected industry which requires accomplished professionals to perform this important service to the real estate community. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Must be professional.
• Must be responsible and dependable. Being punctual is imperative.
• Must be a leader.
• Must be able to work with a team, and get along with others.
• Have valid drivers license. (as you may go on company insurance, driver must have a clean driving record)
• Vehicle must be less than 10 years old with no visible damage to car or paint
• Must be comfortable with technology. (Perform tasks on a Tablet "iPad", photos, report writing)
• Troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in the heated weather elements.
• Must have the ability to lift ladders, maneuver in attics, and crawl spaces that sometimes are dirty. Kneeling, stooping, standing, and climbing up and down ladders is a requirement.
• Must be able to safeguard tools and electronics.
• Residential construction experience a plus but not necessary.
• Currently holds a state home inspector license or certification a plus but not necessary.

Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay is W2 employee and paid per job. Pay will increase as standards and performance are met.

Responsible for thoroughness and completion of inspection reports.

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Meets productivity standards, completes work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

Typical work day, arrive at home inspection 15 mins prior to start time. Duration 1.5-2 hours depending on size of home and how many questions potential buyer may have if present.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
