About the Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents by delivering high‑quality kitchen/food services, cleaning, and/or laundry services.

This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful connections with residents.

Part Time and Casual Roles Available

What You’ll Do

Kitchen / Food Services

Assist with meal and beverage preparation and service
Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, hygienic workspaces
Support the Food Safe Program

Cleaning Services

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, kitchen, and laundry spaces
Safely handle equipment and chemicals
Assist residents with cleaning needs where appropriate

Laundry Services

Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and return personal laundry
Label clothing and operate commercial laundry equipment

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Aged care or hospital hospitality experience desirable but not essential – training provided
Team player with strong communication skills and a caring attitude
