Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with guest services as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$20.35 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
