Hotel And Restaurant Digital Marketing Executive

The Fitzwilliam hotel, an independent Irish boutique property manages its own online presence with the support of agencies/developers and is looking to now carve out a unique online niche following hotel refurbishment and rebranding programme.

This role will not only involve digital activity for the hotel but also for its associated hospitality businesses - Glovers Alley, Townhouse on the Green, Cellar 22, Floritz & The Bailey.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaigns & Strategy

• Develop, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns for the hotel and each restaurant.
• Oversee digital advertising with agencies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and KPI reporting weekly and monthly
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and sales teams to align campaigns with events, promotions, and seasonal activity.

Social Media Management

• Manage, create and oversee on-brand content calendars across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Engage with the online community, monitor DMs/comments, and build brand loyalty.
• Seek out opportunities to create content where possible to share including behind-the-scenes, events, staff and guest experiences.

Website & SEO

• Oversee content updates and UX improvements on hotel and restaurant websites to
• Create regular blogs and maintain content calendar for seasonal activities
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Email Marketing & CRM

• Design and execute email campaigns using platforms such as Revinate and Mailchimp
• Segment mailing lists and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Comp set review to maximise direct marketing opportunities

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Open table
• Provide monthly reports and insights, and recommend strategies based on performance data.

Brand & Content Management

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all platforms per business.
• Write engaging copy for digital channels, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with comp set and industry digital content

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage or luxury sectors.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (Loomly, Sprout Social) and email marketing tools.
• Passion for social media and capturing great content.
• Creative approach to digital marketing and keen eye for luxury and brand messaging.
• Strong copywriting skills coupled with ability for visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website CMS (e.g. WordPress).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Graphic Design experience – Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Criteria

• Minimum of 12 months experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Relevant qualification in digital marketing

Desired Criteria

• Luxury hospitality experience
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website CMS and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Strong copywriting skills coupled with ability for visual storytelling.
• Graphic Design experience – Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
