Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager, Hotel Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of budgeting, stock control and compliance requirements
- Valid RSA
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily hotel and motel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensuring high standards of guest service, presentation and cleanliness.
- Managing front office, housekeeping and food & beverage coordination.
- Handling guest enquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance and training.
- Preparing and managing staff rosters.
- Assisting with reservations, check-ins and check-outs when required.
- Overseeing stock control, purchasing and cost management.
- Maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
- Supporting management in achieving revenue and operational targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
