About the Role

Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for modern hospitality? Tru by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team in providing a "ton of value" and a "spirited stay" for our guests.

As the General Manager, you aren’t just a desk-bound administrator; you are the heartbeat of the hotel. You will oversee all aspects of operations—from front office and housekeeping to sales and maintenance—ensuring that our "Tru-ness" shines through in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Vibe: Maintain the vibrant, functional, and eccentric brand culture that defines Tru by Hilton.

• Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals. You’ll foster a "Heart of House" culture where every team member feels valued.

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with Hilton Brand Standards and local safety regulations.

• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and labor control to maximize profitability.

• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and implement creative solutions to ensure we are the top choice in Santa Rosa Beach.

• Community Engagement: Act as the face of the hotel in the Santa Rosa Beach/30A community to drive local sales and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience (General Manager or Assistant General Manager). Hilton experience is strongly preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with PEP (Hilton Property Management System) is a major plus.

• Leadership Style: A "lead from the front" mentality. You aren't afraid to jump into the laundry room or help at the front desk during a rush.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, select-service environment in a busy coastal destination.
