Holiday Inn & Suites in Kingdom City is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- HVAC experience is a +
- Knowledge of basic painting and drywall repair.

Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise others.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
