We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic & motivated individuals who are available to work either weekend or midweek shifts, depending on requirements.
Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will:
- Assisting the Front Office Supervisor and the team with the smooth running of the reception
- Have excellent organisational, IT & communication skills.
- Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.
- Provide high-level customer services both face to face and over the phone.
- Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out.
- Deal with and resolve guest queries.
- Upsell the hotel's facilities.
- Be flexible re hours and days of work including weekends, early and late shifts
- Previous experience in Front of House/Reservations/Reception is desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full Time 40hrs
