About The Role

Your Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome. Responsibilities include:

• Managing check-in and check-out processes
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
