Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
• Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development
• Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to maximize business opportunities
• Oversee guest services to ensure a superior guest experience, including handling guest complaints and special requests
• Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette
• Monitor hotel occupancy rates, revenue management, and budgeting to meet financial goals
• Collaborate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and employee performance evaluations
• Oversee hotel management functions such as night audit procedures, guest relations, and resort operations
• Maintain a strong understanding of hospitality trends and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel sales, with supervisory or leadership background preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, night audit, and resort management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally
• Proficiency in revenue management, budgeting, and hospitality software systems
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and teams
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Hospitality industry certifications or relevant training in hotel management or human resources are advantageous

Pay: $45,634.58 - $54,957.77 per year
