We’re looking for a Beverage Supervisor to oversee all liquor, beer, and wine operations across the hotel. This role works closely with both Outlets and Banquets to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth service.
BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR FT – $21.00/HR + Bonus Potential
Maintains proper liquor, beer, and wine pars for food and beverage outlets, including banquets. Tracks monthly inventory of liquor, beer and wine through inventory management software, uploading invoices and stocking orders. Weighs in and out events inventory for banquets for pour cost and accuracy. Researches and develops bar menu(s), specials, and promos. Maintains positive working relationship with applicable vendors. Maintains sanitary standards across all outlet bars. Effectively minimizes bar waste through tracking p-mix, sales trends, and year-on-year data. Available to work bartending shifts as needed. Ensures bar staff is following recipes and pouring to specifications. Acts as liaison amongst bar staff and food and beverage managers.
Minimum qualifications: Must be at least 19 years of age. Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality bar or banquet facility. Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skills, and have a good knowledge of drink mixes. Must be flexible in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Alcohol safety training certification required upon hire.
