F&B Supervisor – Job Description
- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure quality food and service standards.
- Coordinate with canteen vendors and dieticians for smooth meal planning and service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory, wastage, and consumption.
- Manage and guide F&B staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Control food costs and minimize the F&B budget without compromising quality.
- Handle feedback/complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma with relevant F&B experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
