The Restaurant Supervisor is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service.

About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

• Ensure all hotel standards are always kept.
• Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work alongside F&B Departmental managers to ensure standards are kept to a high level
• Train, guide, and coach team members to develop them.
• Ensure management presence is visible during service times.
• To lead the F&B teams during service

About The Role

Requirements

Notwithstanding your positivity and ambition for hospitality we ideally would ideally like you to have some experience for your role as outlined below:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• 2 years experience in a busy hotel environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Salary Information

The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.
