Hotel Sales Manager

Philadelphia Marriott West Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and
energetic Hotel Sales Manager for our property at Conshohocken PA.

Candidate must possess a minimum of 2-years hotel sales experience in
the Group and/or Business Transient Market for our fast-paced, 289-room
property with nearly 15,000 square feet of event space. A demonstrated
record of success is required with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and
meeting sales goals. Individual must possess excellent communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior Marriott sales experience
preferred.

• Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat clients using such channels, such as outside calls, telemarketing and social media
• Respond rapidly to inquiries, ensuring an exceptional client experience, thus resulting in future business.
• Work closely with Marriott National Sales to communicate specific account needs to impact revenues for the hotels.
• Engage in outside sales activities to discuss business opportunities and entertain customers in local and assigned markets.
• Analysis and understanding of STR and Hotelligence reports. Expand and grow key corporate, business accounts.
• Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Achieve 100% of BT sales revenue goals through individual efforts.
• Advanced knowledge of Marriott CI/TY preferred.
