Job Title: Household Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Household Manager to

oversee the day-to-day operations of our home. As a Household Manager, you will

be responsible for managing the household's administrative, logistical, and culinary

tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise meals, including creating menus, making shopping lists, and cooking meals

• Grocery shopping and managing household supplies

• Household organisation, including housekeeping, decluttering, cleaning, laundry and organising, etc.

• Coordinate household maintenance, including scheduling repairs and maintenance for appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems, etc.

• Ensure the home is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing household systems and processes

• Be able to work between the hours of 1:30pm and 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Assist in managing household logistics

• Perform other household management tasks as needed

Desired Attributes:

• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of meal planning and cooking principles

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Minimum six months commitment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with meal planning and cooking for families

• 2-3 years of household management experience

• Experience in hospitality, nutrition, or a related field preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends preferred

• Knowledge of household systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

• Ability to perform minor household repairs and maintenance tasks

• Victorian Driver Licence
