We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Associate to join our crew. You’ll play a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring our rooms and public areas reflect the bold Moxy brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms
Replenish guest supplies and amenities
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back of house spaces
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
Deliver friendly and approachable service when interacting with guests

What We’re Looking For

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and energetic personality
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic English communication skills
