Part-Time Housekeeper

Errigal Country House Hotel – Cootehill, Co. Cavan

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Part-Time Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team at Errigal Country House Hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

The position will involve mainly weekend work, with additional shifts available during busy periods throughout the week.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
• Have excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Be flexible with working hours, particularly weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest bedrooms to the hotel's high standards.
• Ensure public areas are clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Restock guest amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
