Northern Vision Development (NVD) is seeking an organized, hands-on leader to manage the housekeeping operations at our 99-room Best Western® hotel. • Housekeeping operations run smoothly each day through clear task planning and purposeful coordination.

• Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and on time, so quality is never compromised.
• Cross-department coordination is seamless, allowing for prompt responses to guest needs, maintenance issues, and operational changes.
• Inventory is well-managed, so the team always has what it needs, without excess waste or shortage.
• Workplace health and safety standards are upheld, creating a secure environment for both staff and guests.
• You model flexibility and accountability, staying until rooms are complete and supporting your team during peak periods or challenges.·

What You Bring To The Role

• Leadership experience in a hotel environment, including a background in housekeeping.
• Quality Focus – a strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and guest-ready standards.
• Communication Skills – clear, respectful communication with staff and guests.
• Operational Awareness – ability to plan and adjust daily work based on hotel occupancy and guest needs.
• Leadership Mindset – ability to motivate, support, and hold a team accountable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Guest Service Mindset – a positive, welcoming attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Problem Solving - ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and resolve issues while preserving a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Requirements: Must be flexible with hours and able to stay until the housekeeping team finishes the daily room assignments, ability to frequently lift up to 25lbs.

Conditions of Employment: WHMIS, First Aid (can be obtained after hire).
