Nel ruolo di Housekeeping Supervisor sarai responsabile della supervisione e gestione delle operazioni quotidiane del reparto housekeeping. Garantirai che l'hotel sia sempre pulito e ordinato rispettando gli standard dell'hotel e che gli ospiti godano di un'esperienza confortevole e piacevole. Dovrai essere in grado di gestire un team, risolvere problematiche quotidiane e mantenere una comunicazione costante con gli altri reparti.
