We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor & Service Coordinator for TUI Norway. This multifaceted role combines HR expertise with workspace management, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in our organization. You will be part of the Nordic HR and Workspace organization, collaborating with the wider team across the other Nordic countries. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance, creating a positive work environment for all team members, contributing to TUI's reputation as a top employer and supporting organizational changes and growth. ABOUT THE JOB
- Drive salary and pension processes for our Norwegian team.
- Provide expert HR support to managers and employees.
- Manage mobility and expatriate matters.
- Be included in ongoing Nordic projects both for HR and Workspace.
- Enhance our workspace environment and coordinate local events.
- Participate in our Workspace & Service Committee.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of HR experience, including Norwegian payroll and pension administration is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Experience in workspace management or similar service roles.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
- Digital savvy with an eye for detail.
