Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Pak’n Save Highland Park
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us: Join our dynamic team at Pak’n Save Highland Park, where we are committed to providing exceptional service and a great shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of New Zealand Employment Law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Flexible with working hours.

Days and hours of work:
Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
