Offering a diverse array of services across advertising, marketing, communication, and digital media, we are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our HR, Office and Internal Events teams in Finland for a 6-month internship.

Who we are and who we are looking for:
HR, Office and Internal Events is the beating heart of our organization. We support the whole organization in people-related matters in Finland. As HR & Office Trainee, you will provide support to our HR, Office and Internal Events teams, managing a variety of tasks, initiatives, and projects to ensure seamless support and contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the teams. Your days will not be the same – on the contrary, we can promise you a fast-paced and creative environment with a lot of interesting opportunities to constantly learn new things and develop!
The ideal candidate
- You have knowledge and understanding of some previous HR (could be any area of HR).
- You are a people–person and like to communicate with a lot of different stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You have full professional fluency in Finnish. good English knowledge is also a requirement.
- Proficiency in Office –tools are a requirement, Workday -knowledge is a bonus.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR, Office & Internal Events teams in a variety of daily tasks related to HR, Office, and Internal Events.
- Assisting dentsu employees in HR, Office and Internal Events related activities and queries.
- Supporting Global and local initiatives regarding volunteering, wellbeing and other internal events.
- Engaging in different kinds of development projects depending on the organization's needs and own professional interests e.g., employer branding initiatives.
