About the job

This key role within the HR team will assist in the delivery of Human Resources service across AFF. The role is designed to actively support HR systems and process development, in the broader HR team. The role also wears a corporate governance hat to assist in business compliance activities to ensure alignment with legislation and awards. Finally, the incumbent will, when needed, support our people in their time of need – directly and indirectly alongside colleagues and specialist external partners.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to work independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills, particularly in adapting to changing technologies, are key attributes. as well as the following;

Capacity to work within strict timelines with a very high degree of accuracy.
Have relevant HR/IR/ER skills including technical background and/or experience as a HR generalist.
Good knowledge in, and experience with the delivery of, the full range of HR services in a similar multi-site setting.
Significant relevant experience in HR operational role.
