Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has presented itself within our People team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, based in Auckland, you will provide HR generalist and Recruitment support across business lines in New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, ANZ and working closely with Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in providing support at a local level.
Your activities
- HR Generalist, support leaders in driving business results and driving engagement activities.
- Provide advice and guidance relating to disciplinary, performance management, and developing people strategies.
- Advise on employment legislation and guide the business to best practice.
- Regular review and updating of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding activities for front line staff with the support of Talent Acquisition team based in Australia.
Your profile
We would love to hear from people who have proven experience working in a similar environment, demonstrated skills in employee relations, strong stakeholder management and proven experience in aligning business and people related needs.
As a trusted adviser, you have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build engaging relationships.
Solid understanding of award and policy interpretation is a must along with attention to detail and problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mentality with experience in recruiting and onboarding front line staff.
