The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

Human Resources Intern

6 months intersnhip (F/M)

Tasks/missions

Support the team in the following tasks:


  • Supporting the planning and tracking of internal trainings

  • Working proactively with other team members on various HR projects

  • Updating our internal databases

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates when needed

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new employees

  • Addressing queries and issues of employees when required

  • Participating in the organization of company events


Profile

  • Bac +3 in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Proactive, determined, and reliable teammate with a high client focus

  • A positive personality and a high level of enthusiasm

  • Excellent French skills and good English skills. Any other language is an asset
