Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team in the <LOCATION> area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce and enhancing our company culture. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for development.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with training & development programs is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills are preferred.

Pay: $49,939.32 - $60,141.98 per year
