Job Description

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, has exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail, and is interested in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Analyst or Specialist performing the full range of Classification and Selection activities serving the Michigan State Police.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A strong understanding of the MCSC Classification and Selection processes.
  • Ability to investigate, analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
