321 Ice Cream Bar in Melbourne, FL is hiring a friendly and reliable team member to serve customers in a fast past, customer focused environment. We are Melbourne's newest hand dipped ice cream parlor with a build your own topping bar. This role involves preparing ice cream orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive guest experience. Our ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, with a positive attitude, and willing to greet each customer with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude with our guests and your fellow employees
• Greet each customer with a smile and stay attentive throughout their visit
• Prepare ice cream items to customer's request
• Ring up items on register, make change as required
• Ensure the facility is always clean and stocked
• Comply with health and food safety standards
• Willingness to learn and adhere to policies

Qualifications

• Required hours afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Basic mathematical skills
• Be able to reach, scoop, bend, carry, for 4 hour shift
• Be 18 years or older
