Operations Manager – Hockey Rink
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our privately owned hockey rink. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working independently to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage ice bookings via our online system and email inquiries
- Answer customer calls and provide friendly, helpful assistance
- Schedule Zamboni drivers and on-ice instructors efficiently
- Keep our website current with programming, camps, and events
- Work closely with ownership to support overall business goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in rink operations or management is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable learning and using new software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
