Description:
What you will do

• Resolve user queries and issues within the set processing time.
• Ensure that the required technology, mobile, and access requirements of new starters are provided in a timely manner.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Maintain the active directory and systems are up to date.
• Provide training to the technology users as required.

Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for

• Tertiary degree in Information Technology or related field
• Demonstrated understanding of server operations and maintenance, and software implementation and integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Technology (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Teams) and Apple (Mac, iPhone) environments.
• Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
