The Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Program Operations Officer is a full-time exempt management position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As part of the Executive Management Team, this position is responsible for the development and management of licensed, non-licensed, and community integrated employment disability programs (excluding mental health and disadvantaged supported housing programs) operated by the Venango Training & Development Center, Inc. (VTDC)

This position assists the CEO in program implementation and serves as the Office of Long-Term Living Facility Director. The position also works closely with the Quality/Compliance Officer to provide input and implementation of VTDC’s Quality Management Plan.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications would include a master’s degree in special education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation or other from an accredited college or university and 3 years of supervisory and program management experience working directly with individuals with disabilities

or a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned areas with 5 years of supervisory and program management experience

or an associate’s degree in the aforementioned fields with 7 years of supervisory and management experience working directly with individuals with disabilities

An Act 34 Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting Clearance, a Motor Vehicle Report and a valid Driver’s License are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.80 per hour
